Input and Output: How Mars Curiosity works

Last week I wrote about Mars Curiosity, which landed on the Red Planet on 6 August. One of the most interesting educational resources I have come across is the NASA Science Corner’s Instrument page, which explains in detail the input and output devices that are used by the robot.

From ChemCams to MARDI, the page gives great detail (sometimes a bit too much) about how Curiosity will accomplish its missions. Well worth a read, though it may need editing down for students with weaker English.
